Nathan Laver

This event brings members of Christian, Jewish and Muslim communities together in solidarity each June. Rather than represent the physical act of walking, the dove works as an easily recognizable, cross-cultural representation of the motivation behind the Philalephia Interfaith Walk for Peace and Reconicliation. The color and juxtaposition of the words "peace" and "walk" offer an alternative to the event's lengthly monicker.
